A man used to go to the temple every day to listen to Upanyasam So he was a little late to come home. 

One night, when he entered his house, his wife, who was angry, asked him, "Why are you so late in listening to Upanyasam?" He asked, "Why are you so late in listening to Upanyasam?" The man replied, "I don't understand anything. 

But it would be good to go and listen to it" The angry wife first asked him to take some water from the sieve in the house. 

He also took water from the sieve and poured it all over the house When he came to his wife, there was only a sieve without water.
